Windows Live Messenger, Error code: 8000401a

Fix in 10 seconds

1. Exit Messenger
2. Open Registry Editor
3. Goto
     HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\AppID\
    Then search this entry & delete it (to be safe, you can back it up before you delete it)
    380689D0-AFAA-47E6-B80E-A33436FE3
4. Restart Messenger, Done.

Reset 3Com SuperStack 3 4228G password

Connect the switch with a null-modem cable
In windows, hyperterminal ,  To enter into Password Recovery Mode:
login: recover
password: recover
Turn the power off (hard reset) within 30seconds

Re-enter the password twice.

Done!
